Key Ingredients
Maize flour, Tapioca Flour, Corn starch, Rice starch, Potato Starch, Milk solids
Method
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Whisk continuously to form a smooth batter. If using a planetary mixer, mix at medium speed for approx. 5 minutes or until a uniform batter is formed. Pour the prepared batter into the muffin cups. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 25 minutes or until baked.
