This Gluten Free Cake Mix is easy to use and formulated using natural ingredients with easy baker recipe to ensure reliable and consistent production during every use. It is an ideal solution for professional bakers looking to prepare a variety of healthy gluten-free treats like gluten free muffins, gluten free cakes, gluten free cookies, etc and surprise their customers with products that taste like original wheat flour variants.
 
This gluten free product was handled exclusively in our dedicated gluten free facility and tested for gluten free integrity.  

Key Ingredients

Maize flour, Tapioca Flour, Corn starch, Rice starch, Potato Starch, Milk solids

Method

Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Whisk continuously to form a smooth batter. If using a planetary mixer, mix at medium speed for approx. 5 minutes or until a uniform batter is formed. Pour the prepared batter into the muffin cups. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 25 minutes or until baked.
