We provide third-party shipping service for all purchases of SwissBake® products made directly through our website www.swissbake.bh. Shipping is handled by our associated shipping partners. We do not allow customers to come personally to our warehouse for pickup. Shipping charges may vary from flat shipping charge per order to per kg shipping charge for deliveries to different pin codes. Any other expenses like special handling charges & warehousing charges are applied on a case-to-case basis.
DELIVERY TIME
All our deliveries are made within 2-5 working days from the invoice date. Delivery times may exceed in special situations or for pin codes that are out of serviceable areas.
PAYMENT POLICY
The following payment options are available: Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, Payment via Cheque and on credit after mutual understanding and approvals.
RETURN POLICY
In case of the rare event where our products get delivered in damaged condition or any quality related issue arise and the customer needs to return the delivered product, he/she should contact us directly within 1 day of delivery, either through email ( support@swissbake.bh ) or at our customer support number +973 33550511. If the product needs to be returned or replaced, Taucher Schweiz WLL. will bear the cost of return and replace the product at the earliest.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are handled on case to case basis. If the customer places a product replacement request or he/she returns it to us directly, due to quality or damage-related issues, we will review the complaint within 2 to 7 working days and if required, a replacement or refund will be made to the customer within 5 to 10 working days.
