Key Ingredients
Cream Cheese Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder
Method
Using a whisk attachment, blend mix along with water at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter. Add whipped cream, Mascarpone Cheese(Optional) and blend again for 2 – 3 minutes on slow speed. Pour the batter into cheese cake mould and freeze for 2 hours.
