Duo Choco-Chip Cookies prepared by SwissBake® Cookie Mix- Schoko
BAKE TEMP : 180 - 200ºC
MIXING TIME : 2 mins
BAKE TIME : 10 - 12 mins
PREP TIME : 12 - 14 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Cookie Mix- Schoko – 1000g
Unsalted Butter – 260g
Duet Chocolate Chips – 250g
Water – 100g

Method

  • Place the SwissBake® Cookie Mix- Schoko in a bowl fitted with a flat beater, add water & unsalted butter
  • Blend all the added ingredients together on the slow speed for a minute.
  • Scrape down the cookie dough and blend again for 1 minute
  • Place the dollops of cookie dough on the baking tray in the desired size
  • Sprinkle some duo choco-chips on top
  • Bake the cookies at 180°C 200°C for 10-12 minutes
  • The freshly baked cookies are ready to be served!
