Method

Scale and mix all the ingredients well for 4 to 5 mins until a uniform batter is formed. Let the mixture settle down and again whisk for 4 to 5 mins. Pour 1 / 4 cup batter on hot and oiled skillet. Cook for 2 - 3 mins on both the sides until golden in colour.
